The staff was great and very helpful. The room was big enough for us (two adults). The bed was great, but I (man) HATED the pillows. They were WAY too big for my taste. I ended up using the decorative pillow instead. The water pressure in the shower was great. The location was close enough for us to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be less busy. The staff was helpful and friendly. They spoke English and offered to hold our bags for us after we checked out, which was very convenient for us.

The hotel location is really central and the staff super helpful and accommodating. The rooms are small, but this is Paris and pretty standard for European standards. While it would be nice to have a luggage stand, there is a large closet which was sufficient for our needs. The twin bed in the Junior Suite is on the small side, so something to keep in mind if travelling with three adults. The room is very quiet thanks to the double glazing on the windows.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit — a special thanks to Emmanuel, who went above and beyond! The hotel is also in a great location in Paris, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The room was tidy and clean although the walls were looking tired. Small room but that didn't bother us as we knew this and we were out all day anyway. Lots of food options nearby.
